I was experiencing a bit of a crisis. I'm from out of town, state really. I lost my bag at the airport on the plane, however I had already spent a few nights here and was exhausted. Harry, Pablo, and Chuck were absolutely awesome. They helped me in my time of need and while my crisis was still an issue for me I was set at ease from an almost impossible day. Thanks again guys!

Almost walking distance from John Glenn International Airport passenger pickup. Average rooms. Hallway carpets starting to look like they may sell it to a Days Inn soon. Staff was great last night at check in (7/23/2022). The dining area is very clean and dining staff are very friendly. Scrambled eggs and sausage patties were okay. Lots of options included whole and chopped fresh fruit, instant or hot (watery) oatmeal, cereal, assorted muffins and bagels, juice and coffee. On a scale of 1 to 10 compared to similar Hilton brand hotels I'd give it an 8.

Good: Room was fresh and clean. I could not hear airplanes. Not Good: No one seems to be at the front desk ever. I arrived at 2am and I didn't see anyone at the desk. I checked in on the app and used the app to get into my room. It's 1pm now and no one seems to be at the front desk. I called the front desk from room at various times and the line was busy. When I had called prior to arrival to alert them of my late arrival, the woman on the phone was very surly. The breakfast was ok, but there were no bananas and no peanut butter. I like the Hilton brand. Not sure if this property lives completely up to it though. There were some touches missing from my experience here that I have gotten at other properties.

Our flight was cancelled and we had to find a hotel. Very clean in the public areas as well as the room. Room was nice. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent and the hours (6-10) were very reasonable. Shuttle to airport hours to several hotels hotels in the area as well.
