The AC was leaking down the wall and the carpet was soaked and smelled horribly. No remote for the TV. The front door was clicking loudly all night in the lobby and i was on the second floor if that tells you anything. Not what I expected at all. Especially for a 200 a night room at all. No towels for the bathroom or anything other than a mini soap bar. Hard to find where the place was. However on the plus side the staff was more than friendly and helpful. And the bathroom was clean. Even If there was no shower head....

Finding the place is not easy. Address says that it is on Broad street, but it is in fact about 300 meters off of the road hidden by other hotels. The amenities are less than desirable. No elevator which makes dragging heavy bags up a couple flights of stairs fun. Also the hotel doesn't have cable so forget about watching national programs. My room in particular had several maintenance issues like a shower drain that didn't work and light fixtures that were falling apart. My advice would be to find another hotel if you plan on staying in the area.

Room was dirty, the hallway and room wreaked of smoke, tv was cracked, bed was uncomfortable and pillows were completely flat. Front desk was rude at check in. People where running and slamming doors in the hallway all night. When I brought all this up I was told “we’ll I checked with housekeeping and they said they didn’t smell anything and the front desk said they weren’t rude to you so you must be mistaken” I then asked for a refund and was told I would get one. It’s been two months now I have yet to receive it

This place is a slightly cheaper option to the big hotels next door. Kind of a mom and pop feel. It is built nice and clean. But lacks a lot of extra things the area is convenient .. The main thing is this place has no cable TV. It has digital antenna. Rooms and beds are decent. Bathroom is average. Also has no elevator. . However owns this hotel saved a lot of money by cutting out the little things.
