My family took a recent trip to the Polaris area and really enjoyed our stay. Matthew was super helpful very professional and friendly! The rooms were a bit small but clean and was good enough for a short stay. The pool was also a bit small but was operational. We would definitely stay again.

Positive: We stay in hotels often and rarely submit a rating, but this hotel was really exceptional. From the cordial staff, to the overall cleanliness, the extremely comfortable beds, and the pleasant breakfast buffet, we could not have been happier.

Positive: The room was easy to get to, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and had good pressure. The breakfast provided was good and the parking was accessible. Negative: On day 4 of a 5 night stay, people had checked in to my left and across the hall. Children were running up and down the hall, shouting and banging the door until 1 am: I could not sleep. Called the front desk 4 times, I was offered another room at 12:30am

Our company has been staying here for 3 weeks now, we have problems checking in every week, I had a random group of people walk into my room because the front desk checked them into it while I was still staying there. We had the front desk clerk walk into one of my employees rooms last night after 1:30 am, claiming he owed for the room, scared the heck out of him. We book through an outside source and never have any problems at other hotels.
