This review is based on the Service Department, not the sales floor. - I called around to look for a factory replacement tire for my Harley Touring Bike (had a nail in mine), I called Defiance and they told me they had one in stock so I scheduled the soonest available time to get it put on. My appointment was for 10:30 AM. I pulled into the lot at 10:15 and as I was walking into the dealer my phone rings. The service department told me that the tire I was going to get on my bike is not in stock? - I expressed my disappointment with the phone call ten minutes prior to my appointment, telling me they had the tire in stock when I made the appointment. - I simply could have ordered the tire online and had them mount it and balance it for less then the price of the tire through the dealer. But since they had it in stock I figured that I would pay for convenience as this is the fastest option. For the amount you pay at the dealer I would expect better service. Avoid the old bait and switch practice that I experienced and go somewhere else.
