This is a fantastic brand of hotels. The courtyard is beautiful. The breakfast is awesome. Happy hour and appetizers are just the icing on the cake. Enough food to have for dinner. Clean and beautiful. Oh, and free laundry.

Rooms are set up nice and spacious. My bed felt like it had a hole in the middle and was pretty uncomfortable. The AC did not cool enough and the fridge sounded like a jet engine. Bfast was good for a hotel. Couldn't hear other people in rooms near by.

The beds were good for my husband's back, which is a plus. The 2 bedroom suite was clean. It was a decent place in a decent location - close to shops and restaurants The only downsides were the AC only went to 67, the master bedroom AC vent was very small, and the master sink took forever to drain. Also, the guide on the cable doesn't list any shows, just stations. i.e. NBC ESPN HBO so you have no idea what's on. Plugs in the bedrooms don't have USB ports.

We were on a road trip with three kids aged 5.6.7. While driving, we chose the staybridge because it was a part of our IHG rewards, a suite that could accommodate our family, and it had a POOL. While the pool closure was listed on their website (it had been closed for quite some time) they still had pictures of it listed and in the search engine. The closure was not visible on the phone booking. When I asked about it, the front desk person said she was sorry in a pretty tired voice, but nothing else was to be done about it. We had already spent the night, so there was nothing that seemed necessary to make it right. The king size bed had a memory foam cushion on it that had a deep trench developed in it. It felt like I was going to fall out of bed. It was super uncomfortable and had we arrived earlier in the evening, I would have done something about it, but the kids were already asleep. The hotel was clean as expected and the breakfast was passable. I was just super disappointed in the over the hill bed, and that the kids weren't able to get the wiggles out before another long leg of our journey. If you're pool is closed indefinitely take it off your website until it is open. That makes it less confusing for weary travelers with children that are desperately searching on their phones.
