Yesterday I waited 45 minutes for an order that should have been ready when I arrived according to the app. I find it completely unprofessional that they didn't have the decency to tell me I would wait that long. What bothers me the most is that they told me that it would be ready in 10 minutes and then they asked me what the order was since apparently they lost the order, they even served other customers before me because they were walk-in. they definitely lost a customer.

I’ve been in the restaurant industry for over 10 yrs. I definitely have seen the challenges and the most recent ones, as well. This location is very clean, staff is welcoming and patient. If everyone could work in this business a month, especially during this time, I think they’d appreciate how hard the staff works. Keep up the good work, all of you!

They used to be way better quality. Last few weeks it's getting worse and worse. TINY boneless wings counting towards my total. Ot hardly seasoned wing... zero parmesn or garlic... basically plain wings. Absolutely NO whipes for hands in over two weeks (we've gone a few times and not once have they had them) straws are never filled. I even filled the container for them. UPDATE: this time I tried to order online and only at the END to pay did it say I can't. To call in... called in and was on hold for over 15 minutes before giving up.
