Have you ever walked into a business to rent a car and they acted like you're interrupting whatever they are doing...THIS ISN'T THAT PLACE. The employees were great. Super accommodating. Rob was more than on top of things and gave me personal assistance. Compared to my experience with other rental companies this experience with Rob and the Gang was AMAZING!!!!

Not at all pleased with this rental experience. The car stunk! A previous renter had been smoking in the car and no matter what I did I couldn't make it smell better. Left the windows open for several hours, sprayed the headliner and seats with smell remover. Nothing made it better. Also I was told there would be a $250 hold on my credit card, which was no problem. What they did not sell me was the $250 was in addition to the anticipated rental fee. I have been pleased with prior rentals from Enterprise, but this was a major disappointment.

I can definitely give 5 stars for their customer service after I walked through their doors. Nothing ever runs as it should in my world and I am impressed with how nice and helpful he was. Along with his willingness to stay after hours while I dealt with my bank. It was very refreshing and I won’t forget it. There's a fee, if you wanna drop off the car to another location. Just ask them how much it costs to do so

Very busy locations - getting a drop off is very tedious/ time taking with limited resources.
