6/22/2022 - The employees were all very friendly and helpful to me. The vehicle that they provided for my one day reservation was ready when I came to pick it up, it was clean and worked really well. I feel that I was charged a fair price for my rental. Absolutely no complaints from me. I would definitely rent here again!

Very awful customer service and the entire experience is miserable. Highly not recommend this place for car rent. I had no other options to choose the car rental provider because it was the only option under my corporate. Anyway, I received a manufacturer's safety recall notification declaring that the care is not safe to be driven. I attempted to ring this branch multiple times but no one answered. I even called their customer service provider saying how awful the service was at this place. They advised me to visit other branch which was located at hillsboro. Upon arrival at the hertz branch in Hillsboro, they said they didnt have any cars available at the time being and have to go to beaverton for the change. Wasted my time, effort and very disappointing service. Still using the car now until who knows when. Probably until it caused an accident because of Hertz. If you read this, please avoid hertz at all cost and go somewhere else.

Bad experience for first time customer, I booked a reservation a month ago for today 6/10/2022 I was getting breasy to go pick up the car, then I received a call saying that they cannot provide me any c today. Just like that. And that lady was just saying doing nothing to help me out. Worst experience here. Very worst.

I booked a van a couple months ago and picked it up at the agreed upon date and time. The gas tank was only 1/8 full, so I filled it up at a gas station less than half a mile away within a few minutes of leaving the agency. I returned the van with the tank 1/8 full but - you guessed it - was charged ~$80 for a fill-up. Now, in full disclosure, my checkout papers did list the tank being 100% full: my fault for not checking the numbers more carefully. However, both the agency and Hertz corporate refused to take the evidence I showed them as proof of their screwup (photo of gas gauge with date and time stamp, gas receipt, etc). My guess is that someone is running a scam either with or without the knowledge of management. The location is convenient and I might go back, but will double and triple check that everything is in order before driving away.
