I strongly don't recommend this location. They can't read special requests at all. I received a sandwich with bread when I asked that it doesn't come with bread due to health issues. The sandwich was also made with spicy sauce which I don't like. Didn't get a single one of my dipping sauces I asked for. When I tried to call them they rejected my call both times. This isn't the first time I've had issues with Jack in the box either. I think they need to reevaluate whom they have employed if they would like keep business going.

The employees are exceptional here! If mistakes are made they are quick to fix. And they fix with an apology as well as a smile. Would recommend.

There was a really long line in the drive-thru the food was less than good, fries were a little on the cold side, and there was no Good Good sauce available for the popcorn chicken, even though there was no mention at ordering time. Sub standard and room for improvement

I had the triple burger combo for 4.99$ it was all right. the patties aren't as big as the bun. but you can take the bun off.LOL. and eat the beef.the fries were excellent. curly fries ar greater cooked correct.and they were. I miss the old double burger for 5.99$ it was the best they had other than the ultimate cheeseburger.

They have the flavor mixing machine where you can get all sorts of weird flavors. You can try asking them to run it with plain coke first to keep from getting any flavor bleed over from the last order. I've noticed a lot of places have gotten rid of them which is sad for me because I love the funky mixes.
I would recommend writing kind, detailed, and unbiased feedback through whatever channel they prefer, every time it's an issue. It really shouldn't be on us, the customers, to alert them to issues, but, as someone who actually works in food service, I appreciate the detailed feedback because it helps me troubleshoot. Or, just don't go. I'm sorry you're experiencing problems regularly!
