I like their food but for the past 2month I been going there they be forgetting my some of foodthe drinks or a sandwich and I work far and like to pass by for quick breakfast on my way to work to beat traffic and it's getting to be a pattern now

I would recommend writing kind, detailed, and unbiased feedback through whatever channel they prefer, every time it's an issue. It really shouldn't be on us, the customers, to alert them to issues, but, as someone who actually works in food service, I appreciate the detailed feedback because it helps me troubleshoot. Or, just don't go. I'm sorry you're experiencing problems regularly!

Because it's only since the last couple of months; my guess would be that it is someone new that is messing up your orders. So, mentioning it (nicely) is the feedback the managers need in order to review the new person's peformance.
