The Taco Bell on Centry Blvd in Hillsboro is where I encountered the horrible experience. The Taco Bell on 185th is so much better. I definitely give 5 stars to the one on 185th! Dave does an excellent job at making sure to please his customers.

Way over priced 27.00 for two people. Could have eaten at an actual restaurant for that. When did burrito Supreme become the size of a rolled taco. And after waiting 20 min in line they gor my order wrong. When I told them the kid at the window replied "I didn't make it "! Always screwed in the drive thru.

Food was fast, hot, fresh, and made right. The staff was friendly. My only complaint would be the order display monitor wasn't working but the manager addressed it immediately and positively. They also gave my puppy a lil treat which this time was extra important because I ate every bite and had nothing to share with pups after. So extra thanks to these guys. For the record I'm kind of a taco bell connoisseur and this happens to be one of the best locations.

Workers here are extremely rude they barely acknowledge customers trying to order in the lobby and constantly mess up orders. I usually avoid this Taco Bell due to the constant poor service but tonight I tried ordering from here. The drive thru wasn’t working so they had a worker outside taking orders, after ordering I forgot there was a specific item I wanted to order and when I got up to the window I asked if I could add something to the order and they replied with “it’s a little to late for that”. Like, Seriously? how rude after how long I waited in the drive thru with hardly any cars on top of them messing up my order! I’ll never be going to this Taco Bell again after being ripped off multiple times. Don’t waste your money here.

It's not that it changed it's that they forget to order stuff a lot lately. As far as customer service, it depends on when you are in. I've noticed there are a couple of employees who have pretty bad customer service skills to, but I find it is mostly the real young crew. Like late teens early twenty's years old. They have no respect and it's seems they only took the job cause they had too for some reason or other. Maybe mommy and daddy quit letting them live off of them or something. Just they act like they really don't want to be there and that the customers are an inconvenience to them.
9am to 9pm I believe
