I’ve brought my dogs here for grooming for almost 2 years now, was never any issues prior to today. Friendly staff and quality work was the norm. Today I get a call from grooming that my dog is a bit extra worked up today and they don’t want to go through with the whole grooming service, which they’ve done for her 50 times before over the years, I was like ok that’s weird but whatever. A couple hours later I get a call from staff saying essentially “hey we did the nails and that’s it and we don’t want to service your animal anymore, we ask you don’t bring her back” After years of service and tipping them every single time on top of their already expensive grooming rates, I basically got a middle finger from them and please don’t come back for no expressive reason other then “my dog was more worked up then usual” Keep in mind this is a 20 pound pug…not hard to handle.

Love that the staff here seem so knowledgeable in dog behavior and body language, they went out of our way to make sure out 2 under-socialized Parson Russell Terrier siblings were as comfortable as they could be being around a group of dogs for the first time. The facility is very clean and safe and it gives us a lot of peace of mind knowing that our dogs are safe while here and we don't have to worry about them getting into potential hazards that can be found outside such as toxic plants and mushrooms because the whole place is entirely indoors. Strongly recommend Camp Bow Wow!!

Excellent environment for puppies, Friendly team, you can watch your puppy on live cam from the moment you send them in. We joined our 18 week Golden last week and he is super happy, excited to go in .When he comes out he is all done for the day and sleeps well. Good place for puppies.

I absolutely love this place! I love how observant they were to the needs of my dog, she has high energy and very reactive to new things. They were very professional start to finish. They walked me through everything and let me watch the introduction of my dog to others. I highly recommend for doggy daycare or boarding. 10/10 hands down, they know what they are doing! My girl had a wonderful time and came home tired from playing so hard!
