They are absurdly rude, short of patience and condescending when taking orders. There was a couple of times Terri said I can’t understand you (r) (accent) and I quote “we are very busy and we have a business to run here” in response to my request for a specific color of parchment paper and the note on the card. That was when she turned the phone to Jennifer, and whom accused me of being weird and I quote a “stalker”. Both Terri and the owner, Jennifer, were making assumptions of customer’s personal relationship with the recipient based on a small interaction from delivery to a third party. Utterly unprofessional. Will not recommend to anyone. Also, Jennifer, the quote is an reference from her favorite anime show, look it up. Edit: the recipient was glad I didn’t end up ordering from them again because the arrangement we had last time was displeasing. And I’m certainly glad Jennifer hung up the phone on me because that not only shows the depth of emotional intelligence and mannerism she and her staff have when dealing with different demographic group of customers, but I was able to save my money and bring business elsewhere. Thanks Jennifer!

Easy ordering on the website, great pictures to make the right selection. The were short on supplies for a same day order and called to ask if they should sub or hold until Monday. We opted to hold to get the arrangement we wanted. It was worth the wait! The delivery went smoothly and the arrangement looked great!
