I would give them no stars this is so sad !!! Many fish dead in tanks. Rotten food- this doesn't happen over night !!! How hard it to take care of animals. You all are getting paid to do this. Multiple employee just seating around.

PetSTUPID!!!! They require the purchase of a 29 gallon fish tank for a single goldfish!!!! I just wanted a starter pet for my kid to learn responsibilities. I will take further action for all kid's rights to own a cheap pet and take my business elsewhere. STUPID!!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE I HELPED SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS FOR SO LONG!!!

This is a pet friendly store. It can be hard to find things because it's so big. It also is hard to find someone to assist. I went into the grooming area for help. Other than this...if you know what and where things are I give it a 5 star.

Went to Petsmart yesterday and purchased a 125 gallon tank. After thinking it through found out the tank would not work with our situation so we downsized to a 55 gallon instead. Cameron and Carter were so helpful with the whole situation and was ontop of everything. Great communication and we were taken care of almost immediately upon arrival to the store. Highly suggest this location as I have had nothing but good experiences when I visit this location. 10/10 would recommend.
