Poor service. Requested house keeping two days in a row, each time they said they would put us on the schedule, on the third day the employee told us it was only for those staying 4 nights or more. Toilet was loose from the floor. Bathtub bottom was gross and discolored. Pull out sofa bed was horrible and completely unusable!!! Nothing but springs and bars. Wife got glass in foot in pool. Site promises breakfast buffet and all they had was brown bags. Avoid this place!!!

It is very clean and up to date. We had a shower with glass doors- no leakages. It had a large vanity with sink separate from toilet and shower. It had a 1/2 wall that separated the bed from the small living room and a wrap around desk ( plenty of counter). I would stay there again. We used points for our reservation since Hilton bought Diamond Resorts. A plus for us.

Honestly, the stay was great. Staff was nice, rooms were clean, pool was clean BUT we came from out of state and got our catalytic converter stolen overnight. Extremely stressful and disappointing. We parked in the main lot towards the back. During the police report we learned this isn’t the first time it happened, maybe getting a security guard for over night lot guard would make the stay more safe for your guests.

Positive: The pool entertains our kids the entire time we¿re here.. their endless energy is exerted all day and by the time they¿re done¿ they¿re pooped for the night! Hallelujah! ¿¿ Negative: The pool needs to be heated, it¿s VERY chilly. The hot tub is so hot, there needs to be a happy medium here, the boys had their teeth chattering the entire time we swam.

I have a 60 plus pound pitbull that stayed there with me. I always leave the dog in the car when I check in and no one asked about the dog. We stayed here twice actually and never any issues. Granted my dog is well behaved. But FYI the entire area around that hotel is terrible for walking your (my) dog. Just a lot of traffic and I remember the sidewalk being either too narrow or non existent. But there is a little grassy area behind the hotel that you can use for potty.....
