This place is way over priced! Management is unprofessional! Marta I thought you were kind and understanding! But no! Only was there for a year. Ended up buying a home and was not about to pay more in rent when management is no good and there was always drainage issues, I would clean bathroom but there was always water backing up from pipes and making toilet black full of grime. There is a major mold issue and management will not do anything they just say open the windows. Mold is so bad it was making my kids and I sick. Ummm no first floor is not built to have windows open during the rain season! Plus windows are old. Management is charging me things they had wrong before I moved in and claim I didn’t turn in Keys when I clearly told management I would leave keys inside the home. Worst place and overpriced! Do not move here. Too many cars there from people who don’t live on the property!

My wife and I rented an apartment at Elmonica for almost 5 years. We enjoyed our time there and do recommend Elmonica to anyone. The property manager, Marta, was especially kind and accommodating during our time at Elmonica. Additionally, all service requests placed in our five-year stay were completed quickly and with professionalism. Great peolpe - Safe neighborhood - Professional and kind management/service. 5 stars

Absolutely not understanding, I am trying to get away from an abusive ex and they wouldn't rent to me because I have one eviction on my record and its recent because I had to leave the house he lived in, but they didn't want to here the reasoning. I have all the money to move in with my son and it wasnt good enough. Would never recommend to anyone and I also let the agencies that told me to go there that they do this so they will not recommend either to other domestic violence clients.

If you want to deal with management that says something else and does something this is the right place for you. When I moved in, I found maintenance tools in the dish washer. I also found old shoes in the dryer, that I assume was maintenance's as well. Our apartment upon moving in was in not in the best of shape. Found yellow stains inside drawers, unstable drip pan on the stove. I moved out two weeks early and had my electricity changed over the day I moved out, I was still charged for my remaining two weeks, even though I turned in my keys. So I pretty much paid for their use of electricity. They even charged me for drip pans, which weren't even new.I moved out leaving the apartment in better condition than moving in. I do not recommend anyone staying here. As far as their prices go, you can get newer apartments with better management and more amenities else where around the area.
