I am currently living here and I’m on lease till August. In the time I’ve been here, our dishwasher, dryer, bathroom fan, and sink disposal have all broken at one time or another. The dryer was down for almost 3-4 months and they took forever getting that figured out. Our bathroom fan hasn’t worked in months, they said they can’t fix it because the way the place is built (seven west was recently bought out by grey star) and that the people before messed up and in order to fix it they need to completely redo it. So instead of finding solutions that was all they told me and to leave my bathroom door open and window in my bedroom open??? How do I do that when I wake up at 4;40 in the morning and my boyfriend doesn’t walk up till 5:30?? (We are in the master bedroom with bath attached). The service here is horrible. They don’t ever call back to follow up on problems we are having/check up on us to make sure we are good and they don’t take care about their residents. In the 3-4 months of the dryer issue they didn’t call ONCE to check to see how things are. I had to call them every time to inform them that it still wasn’t working. I wouldn’t recommend living here if I’m being honest..

its been a week and so far everything has been great! move in process was nice and Diana was very helpful she answered all of my questions and concerns. The place is quiet and hopefully the coming months things are going great! its been a great 1 year, no distractions, no problems and the leasing office has been really helpful to me! Especially during the pandemic. I enjoyed both the new and old staff. My time here at seven west was a good independence experience for me to learn and grow

I really tried to be understanding and use my patience to avoid having a breakdown but since we moved here there are just so many things to be fixed, to change and are not getting done at all. May be other tenants have worse problems than me but in my I'm paying g my rent in Full so I expect my apt. to be up and running in full as well. So far I don't recommend anyone to move here. They need to organize themselves first with their transition so they don't get overwhelmed with new tenants when they haven't take care of the complex and it's innermost. People with pets don't pick up after their dog's people don't throw away the garbage where they are supposed to and the way to you home looks horrible.

So far, my experience working with the staff at Seven West at The Trails has been fantastic! They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Before I applied, I called several times to ask questions about the apartment/move in. They were very nice and answered all my questions. The application and approval process was very straightforward and quick, which took a load off my mind. In regards to the apartments themselves, I saw four different units while touring and they were all clean and well presented. The grounds look well kept too! Thus far, I have nothing bad to say about this complex and it's staff. I look forward to my upcoming move :)
