We've only been here 6 days but so far we love it here. We are so impressed at how quite it is inside our apartment. We cannot hear our neighbors at all. Shucks i can barely hear when my kids walk in the door when I'm in the master bedroom. Mostly, i only know they are home bc I hear them speak not bc i heard the door open. The maintenance staff, Sam, is very friendly and accommodating. I like being able to submit a work order online and get an email response. And my issue was resolved with 48 hours. Again, impressive.

This is the third apartment I have moved to since I relocated three years ago. We finally feel at home here at the Lineage at Willow Creek. James, at the management office is by far the best, he is exceptional! ❤️ The management office does a wonderful job getting the community involved with seasonal activities that are lots of fun! Last year during Christmas they had a gingerbread house competition that was a blast! Lots of neighbors participated and it made it even more fun. The management office is always there to help and James is very kind. The maintenance department is exceptional as well. Never a problem, always there to help. With the new landscaping and backyard fencing, it’s truly beautiful. My kids are grown but they have this brand new play area for kids that is so amazing. The pool is maintained very well and the workout room is very clean and up-to-date. And the neighbors are all pretty great. I will definitely be renewing my lease.

My husband and I stayed here for a little over a year and have zero complaints about the manager, James, and how well maintained the property was. There is a ton of grass and walking space. We also frequented the gym and pool, both of which are great. They also host community events year round! Apart from a few neighbors, everyone is kind and respectful of others. James also helped us keep our rent low as we went to a month-month lease without any price increases. He truly wants to work with you and ensure a good experience. STAFF: We had an ongoing bad neighbor experience and James was able to resolve the problem quickly. He was also prompt about responding to emails and other conerns. The maintence team was fantastic and do their best to keep everything clean and working. Some neighbors wouldn't pick up after their dogs, and one would dig through the trash and leave a mess and let trash pile up at their door, but maintence would always be on top of it, so major kudos to them! I have lived at a Greystar apartment before (81 at Fifty in Portland) and it was a terrible experience after being scammed for $1300 in fake move-out charges. Luckily that didn't happen here. James was very reassuring. Greystar management is awful and it's the only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars. They are all wealthy corportate people who don't care about their tennants and are all money-hungry. I don't think I'd rent at another Greystar property again because of this, but James and his team are what made our experience good and I believe they are an exception to Greystar. APARTMENT: I loved the townhouse layout, it was fantastic having no one above you. Some of the units have fenced yards (ours didn't) but I like the layout. Obviously some cabinents and fixtures looked cheap but this common with apartments. I did apperciate having stainless steal appliances. Overall, I enjoyed our stay here. James and his team are what made our experience great, though I can't say I suggest renting from Greystar, I'm glad our experience was different from our last.

I honestly love to live here at Lineage. James is so amazing!!! He has made such a difference on my family’s and I leaving experience. I love walking my dog on the green fresh cut grass and don’t get me started on all the new plants planted that I enjoy looking at. This property has had so many beautiful changes made to it. I love my unit and the modern look to it. Lineage at Willow Creek feels like home, but James makes it home❤️😊
