I had hire this store to pack an airplane that I had purchased in Portland. The store person and I discussed how it would be packed. Next day the gentleman called me and recommend that it be packed different and that it would be twenty dollars more to cover the cost.. Without going into great detail when the item arrived it was not pack according to our agreement. The airplane did arrive without harm. I called the store and spoke with the gentleman that I had originally spoke with. We came to an agreement and the store refunded the extra amount that was not used in packing. Thank you.
