A few years ago, I was introduced to BrainWave Computers when I needed to replace an aged Desk-top. It was a busy time of year for them, yet they were able to get an experienced professional over to my house later that day. After a few hours of concentrated effort, the BrainWave expert was restarting my system that purred like a cat. The next day, Brainwave came back to my house to be sure everything was working properly. It was working and I as happy.

We bought a reconditioned computer here a few years ago and signed up for the virus protection plan. This has been wonderful for us. We don’t have to worry about viruses getting in to our computer. We are very satisfied with the service from Brainwave.

Incredible service! Simply incredible! I dumped a cup of coffee into my keyboard of my Microsoft surface book. I took it to a couple of places for repair before finding brainwave computers. It is a sealed unit and nobody would help me until I went to Brain Wave. I’m not only received excellent service help but Michael listen carefully to my problem. I left the computer with them and received a call a couple days later from Garrett. He told me that the new keyboard would cost $1225. He suggested that I might want to see if I could find one on eBay or Amazon. We agreed to meet the next morning. Garrett found what I needed on eBay. He also spent 45 minutes explaining other options to me. In the end He sent me the link to the keyboard on eBay, which I purchased for a savings of over $400. Garrett was throw in his explanations and we never felt rushed. All this service cost me only $50 for diagnostic service. While at their shop, I noticed that the employees were laughing and joking with one another while still getting the work done. A happy employee is a productive employee. I intend to tell everyone I know to go to brain wave computers for their service.

Yes we sell a wide variety of pc building components! We also do custom build with two year part and labor warranty if you have us build it!
Hi Bill! We do not sell NIB mass produced computers at BrainWave. We sell refurbished machines that have been tuned to maximize privacy and performance while minimizing interruptions in your workflow. And we do sell new custom builds that come with a 2-year parts and labor warranty.
Hi Henry! The primary and secondary markets for GPUs remain very volatile and keeping a stock of GPUs is not something that we are able to do. We currently are stuck ordering at need for GPUs and are not sure when that may change. Please feel free to reach out again if you like!
Yes! We can make a customer water cooling loop or you can come in and purchase AIO systems off the shelf. We can also install it for you for a fee!

Great question Asher! We have done this in the past several times. Bring all of your parts to our Progress location and we can evaluate the complexity of the build and give you a labor quote. Please bear in mind that we do not offer any warranty on parts that were sourced and purchased externally. We stand behind our workmanship always!
