pretty fun park with decent locals. it's called "tron" nobody calls it Beaverton skatepark. some fun stuff , layout could have been better for flow but most parks fall into that category...

No you cannot. The park is maintained and supervised by Tualitin Hills Park and Recreation which only allow scooters, skateboards, bikes, and rollerblades to used on their facilities. You can check out their website if you have any further questions.

The skate park isn't made for walking, but if you were to walk it, it wouldn't be very long. But the park complex it's a part of has quite a bit of walking paths. Dint have any idea the total length, but it's enough to tire you out.
Yes. Bikes are welcome! however, due to the nature of the park and the quietness of bikes it is advised that bikers be more vigilant and aware of their surroundings, as skaters can't hear them as well as other skaters.
