The staff at Trek is amazing. We were on our way to my sons bmx race and noticed his tire had no air. We stopped into the store and the staff immediately got to work, fixed the tire and even adjusted his brakes. We made it to the race on time and my sons bike was dialed. I would recommend them to anyone, they’re great!

Great bike shop that helped me put new wheels back on my son's bike after his wheels had been stolen at school. The support and customer service which I received were above exemplary. They tried very hard to work out the best deal for me, given that replacing a wheel with disc brakes is not trivial (unlike with caliper brakes, which I could have done myself very easily). I have shopped here before for various parts and things, and the staff have always been very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Beyond all that, this store is very ideally situated in the middle of Beaverton and has adequate parking for a small shop. They have a really great selection of bicycles.

I am AMAZED by the customer service experience I received at your Beaverton location. Matt Lynch and his team created a special/unique/bespoke experience for me that made me feel like the only customer in the store. Matt Lynch patiently and intuitively walked me through the principles of gravel biking, how different pedals and shoes can exponentially improve the riding experience, adjusted and custom fitted my new bike, and overall made me feel like a king. I never felt like I was being "sold." I walked out of Trek Beaverton feeling excited and STOKED. I am so happy with my new bike and so incredibly grateful to Matt and team for one of the BEST customer service experiences that I've ever had. Thank you Matt and Trek!

Great shop. Excellent service and sales. Highly recommend. The bike tech took the time to fix my bike to PERFECTION and the salesperson took the time to help me figure out best set up for my needs and keeping in mind my budget. It’s pricey, but totally worth it. Quality all the way. Trek for LIFE. Thrills are not cheap!

I came in for a tube change. Had to wait in line for about 15 minutes. All told I was in & out in a half hour. Nice people.

Just bitter that they told me that they had the replacement parts for the took I bought and the very next day I called to get the part they claimed to have and they didn't. Plain and simple don't advertise what you don't have. I have found a bike shop that I will exclusively shop at from now on.
