Jessie (sp?) did her level best to make what is always a complex series of transactions from becoming a seemingly endless ordeal. She was friendly and very helpful. We bought our new car and got a good deal on the car we sold. Even when she had a ton of difficulty getting through to our credit union, she stayed the course. Glad to have made a purchase from this location, with Jessie's help!

I previously had checked Kelley Blue Book and Carvana for a trade in value for a car that I had purchased just a few years prior. I made an appointment on the app then received a phone call prior to the appointment to confirm and to check on what I was looking to get out of the visit. It was nice to get a human connection, honestly. I showed up a little early to the appointment, but they were waiting for me at the front desk. I sat with the salesperson and chatted about what the replacement car would be, and someone behind the scenes looked over my current car. I was surprised to get back a very fair offer. I do keep my vehicles in good shape. No trash inside, vacuumed carpets, and I had just hand washed the exterior of the car. That may have helped...? It is also a newer car (7 years old, so not that new), and less than 10k miles a year, so they might look it over and sell it here instead of auction. That's definitely something for people to consider. I got a printed offer that was good for seven days. I arranged for a loaner car while my new car was being ordered, and a few days later I took the keys (two keys helped too, come to think of it), and the title in. About 15 minutes later, the business office had a cashier's check for me for the agreed upon price. Pretty easy! I would do it again, for sure.

I was completely impressed with our CarMax experience. I ordered the car I wanted, had it shipped and got pre-approved quickly. The inventory was amazing...especially with the used car market right now. We have seen so many bare car lots. The process of buying the car was so smooth. I came in pre-approved and flew through the purchasing process. It was the most seamless and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I plan on using CarMax for all my future car purchases.

Buying a car at a dealership is never a completely wonderful time. So I'm rating this business in comparison to other dealer experiences. With some online homework on the current inventory of cars, we went in to walk through the lot and look at several possible cross overs. The salesman left us alone so we could go through each vehicle at our own pace. When we had our candidate, we took our test drive without the salesman. The car details were efficiently detailed, the trade in value of our car was typical and the financing straightforward. The final paperwork took a while to complete. Apparently it takes over 3 hours to buy a car from any dealer. The hands.off, no haggle arrangement just made the entire process much less stressful.
