I was here for my pet jack jack (dog)I was doubtful about coming here because of the reviews!!! But I’m glad that I did they are dedicated friendly honest and they love animals I’m not gonna mention Names, because they all deserve credit of a wonderful job. thank you so much for being their for us and the animals!!!!! Great place to take your animals highly recommend it!!!

Hi there, I just want to tell you guys, you’re all doing an amazing job! I bring my two dogs and cat here and now our newest pup, a 13 week old Labrador who just had her spay and is recovering nicely! We have been loyal customers/patients years before you were sunshine pet clinic. We’ve heard about the bad reviews from the old vet, and never in the years and years coming here, never had a bad experience like other reviews stated. The front desk folks have always been nice to us. Sure, sometimes they may not have time to chat but they’re professional, and busy people running a busy business. We’re getting the same quality service we’ve always received, and it was a relief to see the consistency. Thank you for the continuity of service for our pets, because that’s what matters most! It breaks my heart to see the new ownership business get torn apart because of a previous business reputation. This is a new business, and they’re doing well. So to the negative reviewers on Google and yelp: you should give these people a chance, and don’t have so many high expectations, especially when they are a walk in clinic and probably don't get a lot of down time. This is an affordable pet clinic that provides good services, so arguably its first come first served, and you might not get what you want asap, and it’s been that way since the very beginning a couple of decades ago. We will continue to bring our pets here because we know they are in safe Hands. Thank you!

We took our dog to their vaccine clinic at Coastal in Redmond. Quick, easy, courteous, and efficient! Saved us money by not having to make a vet appointment for routine shots. Glad this is available in Central Oregon.

This is the best primary pet clinic you can go to in the PNW ! Dr. Karilynn and the team are amazing and they are actually very kind despite what some of these reviews say. I’ve realized with the pandemic there was an extremely large amount of people adopting pets which made seeing any primary vet super hard, most all have long waits, I haven’t found any with a short waiting time. Sunshine pet clinic is extremely affordable and they know what they are talking about. If you don’t think they are affordable, go to Dove Lewis. I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s always been a good experience. Even with the change of management and ownership. My dog got in a tussle with a raccoon and was badly injured and torn up, after taking her to the emergency room I still felt as though she need more help, so I took her to Sunshine. Dr.Karilynn and her team took extremely good care of my dog Buddah’s needs, they did everything necessary and than some. I couldn’t be more grateful. Pets are not cheap, but I guarantee this clinic is going to give you the best price in town along with more than exceptional health care.
