Dr. Ramsell is so knowledgeable and thoughtful in her treatments. I highly recommend her for your "exotic" pet veterinary care. She has been our primary vet for our rat boys, and has done everything from their exams to bloodwork to surgeries with such compassionate care. As a first-time rat mom, I am grateful she is our vet. Also shout-out to their receptionists who are also incredibly compassionate and caring and it definitely shows in their work!

She was super nice and informative about taking care of my rats and offered good advice plus she answered all of my questions. I'll definitely stay with her.

Excellent service for our Corn snake, Noodle, who was having repeated shedding issues. Dr was very thorough and happy to pass on his knowledge. A month later and Noodle is doing wonderfully and looking fabulous.

**This is my reviewing, I posted it on the wrong account haha. This is my rescue acctount** I am so impressed with NW Exotic vets staff. I run a small non profit rescue for cats and dogs but I also take on exotics when they are in need. I took my 1st ferret and needed to get lots of information on how to care for him properly. One of their Employee's, Stephanie, was absolutely AMAZING. As a vet tech myself at another clinic in Beaverton, she instructed me how to properly give him care and tips and tricks on how to do treatments. She also gave me information pamphlets on strong points to know about ferrets and their care. She also gave me the name of the two best ferret vets in the area. Thank you Stephanie and the CVT who assisted in the information I was requesting. You're all rockstar's! Below are pics of Will Ferret, the little foster NW helped me with. 😊❤

Please send an email to Dr. Ramsell and she can best help you. Also let her know what type of animal you have. If you feel it’s an emergency try calling an emergency veterinarian as I’m not sure she will be checking her email during non-business hours.

You should probably call them and ask your question.

Does this Veterinary clinic work on birds as well? I have a parakeet that has an overgrown beak and needs it trimmed.
