My favorite go to to feel like you're away, but it's still so close to town and home. It's peaceful and the sunsets are beautiful from there.

I'm new to the area and I'm thrilled that this park is so near to my home. A lovely place to walk first thing in the morning. I can't wait to see it change with seasons.

Multiple trails to choose from. Easy. Moderate. Steep. As I ventured up to the nature preserve it was raining. However, when I made it to the parking lot, there was no rain. I will admit the peace of God reigns all around me and it can for you too. Immerse yourself above the city. Away from the traffic. Away from the daily grind. Slip away into peace. Slip away into joy. Slip away into love. Whether walking with a partner or alone. There is something for everyone.

Jenkins Estate would be a much better choice. It's very close to Cooper Mountain. It's just a bit West off of Grabhorn Rd. Playground, rent a shelter, tons of green space and BBQ's. Contact Tualatin Hills Park and Rec for rental info and availability.
I don't think so, based on dozens of long walks there.
Its near a fairly rural area where peole have acres and its legal to fire weapibs in your property within certain criteria in that town. So i assume its completly fine. The area is pretty affluent and abuts farms.

Yes. Just don't fly it over people. I've flown there many times.
My buddy and I grew up near here, he lived adjacent to this land. Him and I were avid mountain bikers. We built all the trails growing up, which you all now enjoy, to ride our bikes on. When the land was bought by metro, we continued to ride. They built a 6 foor chainlink fence completely around his place to ensure our riding would stop. They do not want people riding bikes and especially not dirt bikes.
There's a dog park near Cooper Mountain Nature Park, probably about 3 minutes away, but dogs are not allowed on the trails at the nature park.
