After spending 2 days trying to reach another storage company, I gave up and called Extra Space. Within 5 minutes, I was booked and paid for, at a very reasonable rate, with a larger unit than what I even needed. When I arrived a few hours later to store some items, I wasn't sure how to use the code to get in. Even though the manager was on her lunch break, she came outside to explain how the system worked. Super convenient to be able to drive right up to the storage spot to load and unload.

Super friendly and helpful! Did online rental and said it didn't work and tired again said didn't work. Called the next day just to try and get a hold of a person but unfortunately it was memorial day, turns out those rentals went through so the following day I called back and got it resolved and payment went back. No need for 2 units! Thank you guys! For the quick and friendly help
