Always expensive. And poor service. I always use them as a last resort because even though they are expensive, they used to always do good work. After waiting a week to get an appointment, I took my van in for a sliding door issue today. They kept it all day and then charged me $138. Before leaving the parking lot I tried the door and found it still doesn't work! They acted very surprised. They said they could refund me and I could wait another two weeks for an appointment to have them try again. I have lost confidence and don't plan to go back. Shoddy work. Very disappointing and frustrating. :(

Was recommended by someone on next door and I've Been here a few times now. Fair prices and seemed honest about problems and how much it would cost to fix. Good turn around time too, though I was never concerned about not having my car for a few days anyways. I'll continue going here and recommending it.

I had a confusing water leak that the dealership refused to work on. I was really happy with my experience here! They did a great job finding and communicating about the water leak which turned out to be the windshield, and charged me a really fair price for that work. I also had a timing belt, serpentine belt, spark plugs, and a few others done and plan on going back in the future. It’s nice to feel like they are on your side! FYI- leak tested in heavy rain for 2 weeks before wring review.

So honest! I've had previous good experiences with this crew and had a lovely phone conversation today that helped allay my fears about whether or not my car is appropriate to drive after a year of sitting in a parking lot. They helped me understand which maintenance services were needed and which were not based off a list of services recommended by the Nissan dealership. They saved me $250+ just answering my questions for free, and said they'd do engine inspections automatically with oil changes, instead of the $190 the dealership insists to check the engine.

I'm sorry Ruth but no. We are closed on the weekend
If your alarm is factory reset it by locking and unlocking drivers door. If its a after market style system you might have very small reset button under the dash that is normally reachable from the drivers seat. Rob
