So glad to have found Accurate Auto in Beaverton! This is the first time I have not felt like I was getting taken advantage of having repairs done on my car. Garrett was extremely professional and courteous and took the time to explain all of my options and how much it would cost. He followed up to make sure the repairs satisfied my needs. I have used them twice and will continue to for all of my auto repair needs.

Entirely incompetent. Had recently purchased an older Pathfinder, wanted to bring in because the dash lights were out and figured I'd do a good once-over while there. I talked to Kyle and informed him of the dash light issue. I tried to schedule and told him I'd call him right back. Called five minutes later and he put me on hold for half an hour. Good start. Upon arrival, I'm basically told if they do the dash lights there's a good chance they'll break the clips securing the instrument cluster and I need to accept that risk. Great. That's what I came here for... maybe tell me before I show up? Well fine, I'm here, let's get it looked at. One of the results of inspection was a valve solenoid replacement. Kyle quoted me $600+. I purchased the part for $65 and it took me (a very inexperienced auto mechanic) 15 minutes to replace. Probably easier than an oil change. The day of/after pickup, I'm called and informed they forgot to replace the engine cover shield after it was taken off. I talked to Kyle again and told him that I didn't have time to pick it up (and it was out of my way) and that someone should drop it off. I told him it didn't need to be immediate. He said he didn't have anyone available, and I reiterated, whenever, I was flexible. Then, this clown decides to press me "you mean you REALLY never come this way?" No, Kyle, I meant what I said the first time, and because this is your mistake, it's not on my time. I honestly don't get where this guy gets off questioning my use of my time like that. Oddly, once I told him I'd leave a review about this experience, he became MUCH more agreeable, but by that point the damage was done. This was the worst experience I've ever had with an auto mechanic, and Kyle in particular needs a serious lesson in customer service.

I needed an oil change and I saw their great reviews on maps. I called and scheduled an appointment. The oil change was about 40 minutes and the whole process was very easy. Total was $82. They also send you a report of the inspection of car with pictures of the issues (tire thread, leaks, thin brake pads etc). What I liked was that they didn't try to upsell at all. Simply sent the report. They also left a bag of candy as a gift.

After having a pretty negative experience at the Carr Chevrolet service center, I was weary of getting a second opinion on my car. Everything from start to finish was beyond my expectations. I especially appreciate how friendly and communicative Patrick was throughout the entire process. The technicians got my car in quickly and even sent over a fantastic detailed report with photos (!!!) so I could see exactly what was going on with my car. While the findings were similar, their attention to detail found a separate leak that hadn't been addressed by the dealership. To my surprise, the quote for all of this work was HALF the price I was expecting and even lower than the one I was given at the dealership for less work. The quality of their work seems fantastic so far, and I really appreciate the warranty they apply to their services. If I could give them more stars, I absolutely would. Thank you so much to the entire team at Accurate Auto for making this process so easy from start to finish.

Hi Dennis I am sure we can help you with that if the EGR valve is new then the next steps would be to figure out if it's an electrical for a flow issue when can you bring the vehicle into us
