Absolutely. I usually see more scooter riders there than skateboarders. Im sure thats not always true tho. Anyway, my son and his friends ride their scooters there all the time without any issues. Its a good place. Reedville Skate Park is bigger and a bit better so if you have a chance check it out its about a 5-10 min drive from there depending on traffic.
As long as they are not in the way, or causing a hazard to other skaters/riders. Please don't drop your small children off at a skatepark unsupervised. Do not let them interfere with higher level skaters/riders. If they do cause an accident, correct them so it doesn't happen again.
Yes, scoiter, bikes and boards. There are two play grownds for it.
