NEVER buy home appliances from here. The sales people are nothing but liars. This is the 2nd time I've been told that the installation they promised could not be done. 1. Paid to have a waterline installed for my new fridge. I made sure to explain the layout of my kitchen multiple times to a sales rep. They reassured me it could be done. They day of installation the people tell me it can't be done. Paid extra for nothing. 2. Paid for a dryer and made sure to ask if my current outlet worked. The sales rep reassured me and even told me they'd include the right cable in the order. The installation people come and tell me they can't do the installation. They tell me the sales people should have known.

I found Best Best to be a better alternative than Car Toy's. The installation was FREE!!! Plus they ordered the item my mother wanted for mother's day. The service could of been a little more better but nothing is perfect in his world. Nether am i. I will definitely be returning here and buying more of thier items

I had been to Best Buy Cedar Hills store. Staff service is very good. One of new Sales executive Mr Michae helped me a lot. He is awesome at customer service. I was looking for Mobile phone trade in and purchase new mobile. He explained each and every point clearly and waked us through the overall process. He helped in finding the details. I appreciate Best Buy store for maintaining such a good staff members. This is one worth visit store in Beaverton

You can check on their website. They tell you if the store had it. If they don't, you can check other locations online. You can also order it to be delivered to the store. If it is supposed to be there and you do not see it, ASK! It took me showing the salesperson the website that said they had a projector I wanted as a gift for my soon before they admitted it was there but in storage. I was thrilled when they got it as it was well priced and just what he wanted.
