Staff always friendly, grounds kept up and maintenence is good. However, I have lived here for about 2 years now. They are more expensive then most, and with the recent rise in crime not worth it. Iv had my truck broken into and there have been cars and other things stolen. They have cameras but say they don't work. I recently fell on hard time and have to move out of state. I could not pay my last month rent with not having a job and relocating. I had a non payment notice by the 10th, eviction notice was printed on the 25th of the same month and was on my door by the first of next month. They would not work with me even though I'm moving out on the specified time and have to get a hotel room to go to court.i a leesdy made plans months ago to leave the 18th and they gave me court and demand I move out the 15th. I have never missed rent before or had problems.

Super seamless application process and move in/out. Really kind people working in the office, and nicely redone units. Maintenance was very on top of things as well. Only somewhat downside for us—parking (it is an apartment complex, so expect a little competition past 5pm on weekdays) Unfortunately, a waitlist for carports nearby but it may not be so bad on the other parts of the complex. Either way, we have no complaints about The Commons at Redwood Creek! Thank you for a great stay.

I’m a prospective tenant living in WA, relocating to Beaverton for a job opportunity. Spoke to a leasing agent there, and was told their Maple unit was available! I submitted my leasing application($19 + credit check), drove down from Seattle (3 hour drive), and liked the unit! The leasing agent told me that I was approved and to get a cashiers check for first month rent ($1695). I got the cashiers check, then as I was about to show up to finalize and sign, I was told that the move in is actually 12.18 and they were mistaken! What did I gain from this? I toured a nice apartment that was my first choice. What did I lose from this? I won’t be able to move in due to their miscommunication, 3 hour drive, 8 gallons of gas, a credit check, and a spoiled Friday night! Regardless, somebody will be collecting my rent in Beaverton. I’d say it’s foolish to leave money on the table when you have another 6-7 available units losing potential revenue.

Just moved in and so far we love it. We downsized from a house to a 2 bed apartment, first floor. The move in process was easy, using online payments for rent makes life more simple. Maintenance staff are extremely responsive and wear masks when in the home. We had a few issues crop up (dishwasher was loud and not cleaning well and needed a heater vent cover replaced) both were done very timely. The grounds are clean and quiet. Yes we hear our upstairs neighbor but it’s nothing terrible and to be expected when living in a complex. Out of all the places my husband and I have lived (apartments) this has to be the best so far. Highly recommend for price, size, quality and service.

How much is rent for a one bedroom ?

Do the lofts have a ground level entryway or is it on a 2nd floor (with stairs)?

How is the Storage is there any in the apt .or out on the Balcony

Storage here sucks. We were charmed by the new exterior and cute loft space. We have two normal closets and that's it. Kitchen cupboard space is non existent. Small balconies that look right into your neighbors home, talk about no privacy. Constant issues with management. Not to mention that we have lived here since September 2019, pay over $1600/ month and have NEVER been able to access any of the amenities we pay for. Forgoe applying here, you'd find better shelter if you pitched a tent.

Are there any studios available
