This is one of the most helpful clinics I have seen. The front desk, management, providers and doctors all focus on helping the patients. The call center wait time needs improvement but other than that I would highly recommend this place.

Several staff meetings are needed to make sure everyone is aligned on how to deliver in their position. I think this a great facility and everyone is capable so hopefully you can make it a more professional environment. - greet people at checkin rather than staring at your screen - communicate wait times - make yourself approachable for questions - direct people where to go And so on….

My issue with VGH in Beaverton is their atrocious hold system. A nasally sounding woman repeats the same message THREE TIMES IN A ROW, repeatedly for every 5 minutes, "We know your time is valuable. If you'd like to hold your position in line and wait for a callback, please press 1, or remain on the line for the next available agent." Three times in a row! Repeatedly. Every 5 minutes. Why would you design this to be so intentionally aggravating? I will retract this 1 star and change to 5 if the hold system is fixed. Edit: I'd like to respond to the owners claim they are working on their hold system. That is a blatant lie. That system has been exactly as it is ever since 2 years ago when I started going to Virginia Garcia. Just fix it already and quit making excuses.

All the staff are great. They desire the heath of their patients and work hard to provide quality care for anyone who walks in the door. It doesn't matter what language you speak or condition you have.

I have been going to VG for 3 years and have had nothing but a good experience... I met my Dr. for the 1st time, since this so called Covid19... My Dr. rocks, she listened to me and took what I said to heart... Thanks VG for practicing good health... 👍 5 Stars from me...
Hi Cathy, a neighboring tenant had some issues with their heating and cooling system that caused odors to leak into our building that were not healthy for staff or patients. We were forced to evacuate the building. We have aired out the building and will be open again tomorrow. Thanks for your understanding!
