The brand and food are great but this location consistently lacks in service overall. I have had numerous bad experiences and am not the person to write reviews but they are an exception. There’s been a few times I’ve ordered online, specifically to avoid a line but when you get there they close their lobby and force people to wait in a line leading out of their parking lot with no notice via the app or anything. The most recent time I called the lobby to cancel my order and was told I needed to do in the app. Wouldn’t you know though, the app says to call the lobby to cancel. The day after, I contacted the lobby again and was told I could get a refund but I had to go to the store. So not only did I waste my time driving to the store to not get my food and be out the money but they also wanted me to take my time to go back to the store. Overall this location just isn’t it.

I ordered online for dining room pick up to avoid the drive through line on a hot day. I showed up at 3:25 and my order was supposed to be ready at 3:19. The dinning room is closed of which there is no mention on the website. So instead I had to wait for several cars in line to pick up my order. I now have blizzard soup for my kids. A complete waste of time and money. I will not be going back and will be encouraging others no longer frequent this establishment as well.

I thought it was just fantastic. You can't find a better ice cream cone anywhere. Service was great drive up was quick great place great service will continue to go back to thanks for the great service

Took my kid for dinner and it had been a long time since my last visit. Elijah was amazing, he helped us get exactly what we wanted for the best price, he was friendly and his customer service was on point! Give that guy a raise! :)
