Marco Jose & Jameel - the crew who worked on the job were fantastic, and hardworking. The bid process was easy & my questions were answered quickly. My big complaint & frustration with the company is a quote for a full crew - but they sent out a partial crew & the job took two days instead of one. This is scheduling and it’s a problem. The crew worked hard and were incredible, but were not supported enough by scheduling.

I have been using All-Surface for a number of years for roof moss removal/treatment and from Adam who provides the bids to the crews who do the work the experience has always been top notch. This year I had them pressure wash my patio as well, Jose and Luis worked hard and efficiently and were a pleasure. Both the roof and patio crews left everything clean and in order. Very positive experience.

We are an HOA for a 25 unit townhouse community. After numerous times of hiring gutter cleaning companies, we have finally found All Surface Cleaning. Their crew was prompt, professional and extremely thorough in ensuring our gutters and downspouts were clean, clear and flowing properly. Alberto, Juan and Domingo did excellent work. We will definitely use their services again.

In July, Marco, Alberto, and Omar cleaned, sanded, and stained our deck and did a fantastic job. It looks brand new and we keep getting compliments on how great it looks and, thanks to Adam’s above and beyond help, how well it matches the other decks near us. I would 100% recommend them to anyone for their reasonable prices and excellent work, but you do have to schedule early as they book up quickly. They do get pretty busy so you have to initiate contact occasionally to check on your timeline, or maybe I was being impatient, but still a great company to work with and I plan to use them in the future.

Yes Roger, we clean most types of tile roofs. Occasionally there are ones we can not clean but that is determined by one of our estimators when onsite reviewing the job. For fastest service, please call us at 503-590-9274. Thanks for asking!

Cleaning your roof on a regular basis is important for many reasons. First, regular cleaning helps to limit the wear and tear on your roof, thereby avoiding damage that may lead to expensive repairs or replacement. Second, a clean roof is an attractive roof—the cleaner your roofing materials, the better your home will look. Finally, routine cleaning of your roof helps to extend the lifespan of your shingles, helping you get the most out of your investment into your roof.
To avoid damage to your home’s gutters, roof and foundation, you should clean your home’s gutters frequently. Unfortunately, there is no rule of thumb. The surrounding environment of your house is what will determine the needed frequency. For some houses with few or no tall trees within a couple hundred feet, gutter cleaning might be able to be done only every two or three years. There are, however, many homes that would benefit from more regular gutter cleanings, including those with tree coverage or aging shingles, as well as after severe weather. Some homes in heavily wooded locations can easily require gutter cleaning several times a year.
It is possible to make repairs when your overall gutter system is good and there are just one or two spots that need some fixing. It’s also worth repairing your gutters if they’re relatively new and you don’t want to spend money to replace them.
