Lied and said they would pick me up, had me waiting at the body shop for an hour in the hot sun even though I had called them beforehand to schedule the pickup. Awful service, complete liars

I just got thru renting a car from them this week. I have to say the Service I recieved from Abigail Towslee was outstanding. She made everything so easy and even dropped my off at my mechanics local after my rental was up.

Kudos to the team and service at this location. We had to send our car for repair and get a rental multiple times. Every time we had a great experience. Kelsey resolved the billing issue promptly, worked off hours to accommodate our schedule and carefully kept the items they we forgot in the previous car (we weren’t even aware of that!) We appreciate the attitude that they bring to their work.
