Getting an appt is a nightmare. They only schedule one month in advance and the patient has to call a specific date to get an appointment. If the doctor has released their availability and is full for that next month, you get to play this silly game next mo to Try to schedule an appt. Did this for 6 MONTHS TO FINALLY GET AN APPT. Not happening, changing drs.

I have gone here for years. Up til now not bad with appointments or seeing the Dr. I am months over due for my annual. I have been trying for 4 months now to get an appointment. Only to be told this months book so is next. Today I was told well this months book so is all of June. REALLY? I told her I have been trying for literally for months to get an appointment with my Dr. I was told well, Try July 1st to start and early in the morning, just keep trying because everyone will be calling for appointments then. What do you say to this??? Dr.Brato is a good doctor, too good I guess! I think the office is ran poorly, cause they have every excuse in the book. It's not our fault, we book fast, it's the doctors fault. Don't know where to turn from here it's like a lottery to get to see your doctor, if your lucky enough to get a appointment well then your lucky?? If I have a serious problem and need to see my doctor now , I can't wait 4 months. It would be a hospital visit at this point! I really like my doctor, but maybe it's time to move on and find another, if I don't get a appointment 1st of July and if I do I WILL BE TALKING TO THE DOCTOR!!!

It's amazing to me that most of the reviews are negative and from people who seem to like to complain. There is always another side to the story! My husband and I have gotten care here for the last 15 years and have been more that pleased. He has some GI issues so he goes more often, I am fortunate to only need every 10 yrs for routine colonoscopy, but I go with him for appointments and obviously his procedures. He was there this week for a follow up endoscopy, staff was great and he was in and out on under 2 hrs. The Drs and staff have always been great. There is also a thing called personal responsibility, occasionally when we have not gotten a follow up we call to double check. I would not hesitate to use this practice or to recommend them. Always take negative comments with a grain of salt.
