My family member got home and found a notice that a delivery had been attempted yesterday at her residence. No order number but said call the store for further assistance. So today I tried calling since she works out of town. I kept getting the main help number and they couldn’t really help me. I kept calling the local number over and over again. Finally I had to drive from Owens Cross Roads over to Whitssburg Dr. When I entered, I saw nobody until a gal raised her head as if waking from a nap behind the resister. SM H!!!! I asked why she never answered her phone and she calmly just said “I don’t answer the phone” I also asked why the order number wasn’t written on the delivery notice. She said “not necessary” WARNING! Do not do business at this store!!!

We came to the location on whitesburg to get a smoothie, there was only one person working who’s name was Maria. Maria was the absolute kindest most hard working person I have ever seen. In this day in age it’s very hard to find someone who is passionate worker and she absolutely blew us away with her ability to maintain the store, get orders out in a timely manner and have such a sweet and caring customer service persona. 10/10 would recommend this location!!

Placed a order to be delivered to my dentist office the next morning. They took my order the day before delivery.. made it … but DID NOT DELIVER and couldn’t explain why!!! Refund they say will be made.. we’ll see. Not a happy customer! 😡😡

I placed an order for my little sister who’s away at college all by herself. It was Valentine’s Day and I wanted her to feel loved/thought of. The delivery wasn’t delivered so I called and they had an excuse of why but they’d try again - I advised them of all info needed and said if anything went wrong again to call ME! Dayssss go by (because I never got a call I assumed it delivered & forgot about it). I checked in with my sister and she stated she never received it, nor did I get a refund. Again, I the paying customer, had to call and figure out why. They gave the same excuse. Why they never contacted me, my sister, or refunded me is beyond me. Even when I called the second time, the assistant manager tried to put the blame on me. Would NEVER recommend this place and my sister is still out of a thoughtful gift. How unprofessional of a place!!!
