One of the best pizza hut I have visited. Customer service is great. They really cares about customers. GM at the store is best. If you have a choice to pick pizza place this is by far the best.

Awful experience. They called and 10 minutes before pick up and informed me they couldn’t make my order. Then I lost the redeemed rewards points I used because instead of cancelling the order through the system they just were lazy and called. The university location is So much better, North memorial just needs to be torn down.

It was really good pizza 🍕,but when gor our bottle drink and no water! Had to put ice in cup. My cup hair hair and trash in it, disgusting. Then I was wondering about my pizza 🤔🤨

I understand that we are going through a pandemic and things are difficult but that is no excuse for bad service or incompetence. The store was clean. We were the only ones in the place. The girl who took our order didn't know what she was doing. I could go on but I'm trying not to be mean.
