We are door dash drivers and Mack at the front desk helped me carry my extremely large delivery all the way up to the room on the third floor. He was absolutely amazing

Not impressed. I asked for a king bed with 2 adults for me and my husband, but the room was small enough for 1 person. The room was also too pricey for the size. There was only 1 mirror located in the bathroom, and there was a very small laundry room in a door behind the bathroom door. The bed was so hard and the pillows were so small and not firm at all. It was an old room with cheap wood flooring. I gave it 2 stars because it was really clean and had a nice scenery.

Excellent customer service. We came in on Friday Jan 7th and the beautiful young Hispanic girl was very sweet and gave us nothing but excellent customer service until we left on Jan 10th. Mr Pride gave us excellent customer service ever morning for breakfast in the breakfast area. The older black man that was there that weekend doing house keeping in the front area was so polite and kind everyday. On our last morning at breakfast, the beautiful lady Ms. Koran was so so sweet and kind to us. We will be back there to stay when visiting Huntsville Alabama again. Our room was comfortable,but the refrigerator mad a sound all night long. The hotel rooms do need some work. See you later this year. Great Staff.
