This place is disgusting. No, I didn't complain to your front desk because your staff is incompetent. Also what were they going to do about the pervasive smell that filled the entire hotel? And the stains all over the carpet in the halls? And the broken ice machines? Such a dump.

Clean and comfortable stay! We checked in very late and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was great! They even had nice tea options in the room. Overall this hotel got a perfect score because everything was absolutely wonderful! We actually reserved here after checking in AND then checking out elsewhere because another hotel in Decatur was so awful! It was a relief to come here see that everything was clean, well maintained, and safe. We slept great! Thanks for the nice stay.

The hotel staff is welcoming and very friendly. They were willing work things out when a problem arised. The hotel is in a great location for easy access to the hotel, shopping, restaurants, and ability to get around Huntsville. Hotel needs some minor repairs, but was clean.

Overall great stay! Only thing that was a little annoying was that the parking lot filled up so I had to park in an overflow lot that was down the hill a bit. I didn’t want to be walking late at night as a single female traveler. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast had several options. They do put a hold on your card which I know a lot of people don’t care for. Location is close to plenty of eating and shopping. I would stay here again!
