Everything was pleasant and clean. The breakfast was buffet was amazing with vegetarian and gluten free options with a dash of friendliness from the kitchen staff. The room was particularly comfortable and extremely clean. Very quiet hotel maybe due to the residential area. The room doors are quite heavy for a child or smaller person (to know in case of emergency). Loved the bathroom toiletries. The mini mart was also well stocked. New favorite in town!

I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. While some hotels hire anyone off the street, this Holiday Inn Express employs professional adults who are focused on customer service. For example, the breakfast area was staffed by two women (both have the first name of Betty) that kept the buffet well stocked. When the pancake machine broke down one morning, a Betty told two waiting hotel guests that she would bring pancakes to their table after she fixed the machine. Nowadays at other hotels, a breakfast employee would just leave the pancake machine broken. Front desk employee Shalonda was friendly and informative when she checked me in. She also made sure that my room was to my satisfaction. The hotel was quiet during my stay. The room doors are heavy and they seem to help block any noise from other hotel guests in the hallway. The bathrooms are more spacious than the typical bathrooms at a different hotel chain (the hotel chain that lets you pick a specific room number in their app). And this Holiday Inn Express stocks the bathrooms with Dove soap bars instead of a cheap, generic hotel soap bar. Oh, and the TV has the most channels that I have ever seen in a hotel room. It just goes to show that while other hotels are cheapening out on amenities, this hotel is still focused on the customer.

I wouldn't mention this if it wasn't for all the, "perfectly clean" comments on here. Is this place adequately clean, yes. Is it as clean as the other reviews show, no. I've attached my photos of room 309. The shower door frame is not even close to clean. The sink leaked the entire time we were there. My wife thought I was causing the water on the counter issue.. I thought she was doing it.. so it was never mentioned to the staff since we didn't figure it out till the 3rd and last day. I was going to let the front desk know but they had several people at the counter. I didn't want to cause a scene nor a bad experience with the people checking in.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable and easy to find. The staff were kind and friendly going out of their way to make the stay pleasant and went above and beyond!
