Without a doubt the absolute best place in Huntsville to get tires and service for your vehicle. I came in without an appointment, Justin greeted me immediately and got my car back into service within minutes. As a woman who knows absolutely nothing about servicing cars I felt like Justin and John were extremely thorough when explaining what my car needed. My car was ready to go in 15 minutes! I will continue to use Mavis for all my tires and service needs in tue future. Much thanks to the service crew for a wonderful experience.

I had the best experience here. Justin was amazing. He made sure that I was taken care of and satisfied before leaving. He was very thoughtful when it came to my financial situation. I had a wonderful experience at this Mavis location! Kelsey( the receptionist at the desk) exemplified wonderful customer service as she fit me into their schedule before my established appointment time, and was nothing but sweet to me the whole time I waited for my car to be finished. Chris (the mechanic who fixed my car) finished my car very fast all while checking my brakes and everything else on my car free of charge after he finished. Not only did they not charge me to check out everything else on my car, but they were also honest in telling me nothing else needed to be fixed. Everytime I go other places they try to tell me there is so much wrong with my car in order to make a sale. This is the best location in Huntsville hands down! I had an amazing experience and I will be back.
