Yummmmy my big factory burrito was to die for, simply amazing wife enjoyed her pasta, kid enjoyed that big chicken sandwich. Waitress was on top of her game bread was flowing food came out on time that Oreo shake was awesome lots of cookie chunks was the day before Mother’s Day so the wait was long 50 mins I just went to walk around the mall and they text you. Only thing I didn’t like they ran out of the black bread the famous pumpernickel I believe it’s called. Other then that all around amazing mother day dinner with wife and kid. I am a big guy and I didn’t even finish that burrito wow just so filling and wow trust me try it.

All right, so my friends and I went for a cool Friday night and this happened we called the manager and they didn’t do anything. I think he didn’t even believed us that it was their fault my friend got her water with a plastic cap. And the food was trash as well, never going back. 👍🏻 You guys should know better.

… The Cheesecake Factory has been someplace I’ve enjoyed since I was a child.. it was all about the cheesecake at first.. pick any flavor, you will be satisfied. As an adult.. I find myself at the bar enjoying a meal with or without company.. the staff is always kind, the bread is always warm.. As long as they are open, I’ll be there.

First time visited The Cheesecake Factory at South Shore Plaza. The place was very busy, we went there at dinner time on Tuesday and had to wait around 30 mins. The restaurant is spacious as others, the service and food are good. I was amazed by THAI LETTUCE WRAPS 🥬 , which I’ve never noticed this dish on the menu before. It’s actually an Appetizer, on a very large plate, with Lettuce leaves, Carrots, Bean Sprouts, Coconut Curry Noodles, with a choice of Satay Chicken Strips or Grilled Avocado; and three Spicy Thai Sauce. You can make around 4-5 fresh wraps, It can be an Entree too! Everyone has their own must eats here, my all time favorite: ⭐️LOUISIANA CHICKEN PASTA ⭐️SHEILA’S CHICKEN AND AVOCADO SALAD ⭐️BROWN BREAD- OF COURSE! ⭐️+THAI LETTUCE WRAPS ⭐️ORIGINAL CHEESECAKE

When it is not a busy holiday or special event season, many restaurants gladly accept a few large party reservations for off-peak dining. Large parties can reserve for an early lunch immediately after we open (11 or 11:30AM) or for dining during quieter times such as weekday afternoons (3 - 5PM) or after 9PM. Sorry this was your experience. How about giving them a call to share what took place, hopefully the staff will become more mindful...you will have brought awareness to the staff and a more attentive experience to the next customer.
