They can't even deliver your mail they just send it back. Our mail carrier doesn't even wear a usps shirt or anything

It depends on the size and the Post Office. For a small box at my office for 6 months is $27.00. What size are you looking for and where are you located?
No, you do not need an appointment. We take pictures and process passports between the hours of 10-4 Monday ture Friday on a walk in basis. We also have the application forms here. Come on in and tell them Karen sent you. 😊
