"Quick, buy our 30$ membership! You'll get 20% off any purchase. But only until August 31st". We did, came another day and it turns out the good brands (ex: Britax) are excluded from the promo! Next time please tell the customers what is excluded from the promo, give a pamphlet or something.

Really disappointed with the lack of service and support for new parents. We set up an appointment a month in advance for a registry consultation. When we arrived, no one was expecting us. There was clearly no calendar in use. We waited about 15 mins while they found an associate to take our name and email, then sent us unguided through the store to sort out our registry on our own. For FTP (1st time parents), this was VERY overwhelming. When we asked questions, the store associates just kept telling us we could find everything online. I will say that one young man in the stroller department, Jeff, was VERY helpful and patient. I asked him dozens of questions, and he did his best to answer them all and did not try to rush us through. For everything else, my husband and I were completely on our own in what feels like a foreign land for FTP. There was no one to offer support, provided product information, or answer any questions. I left feeling beyond frustrated & disappointed. For all the trouble, I could have stayed home and made our selections on Amazon. Which is what I will likely end up doing...I wouldn’t want to send any other business their way!!

I had a very bad experience ordering a crib I wanted online from another retailer, so I decided to cancel that order and drive to this store to pick it up. My experience with the company as a whole was very pleasant. They were able to reserve the crib for me over the phone and hold it for a few days since I lived 3 hours away. They also loaded the crib into my car for me (piece by piece bcus I have a small SUV lol). And even though one piece didn't fit, they packed it up and Fedex'd it to my home for free which only took a couple days to deliver. Ross was the one who helped me mostly and I appreciate their help! One piece of the crib was damaged, but not badly, and they ordered me a free replacement part which was easy enough. I'll be returning in the future!
