Sorry this was your experience. How about giving them a call to share what took place, hopefully the staff will become more mindful...you will have brought awareness to the staff and a more attentive experience to the next customer.
Try calling the store number and letting them know, perhaps they will give you a credit for your meal
Everywhere is short staffed. Instead of complaining... Go fill out an application!
I have to call in my order and still check it when I get there.
