So disappointed this time , often times am clear about my online orders what I want and what I want , but this time even no silverware was added nor napkins now how am I supposed to enjoy my steak,😒😒😒😒😒

Sorry this was your experience. How about giving them a call to share what took place, hopefully the staff will become more mindful...you will have brought awareness to the staff and a more attentive experience to the next customer.
