I had a bad experience with the company, I was told a price but when the guy bought out the washer it was a totally different price and because I lived close there wouldn't be a delivery charge, when I talked to Michael he said I just misunderstood him I told the guy to take the the washer back so now I got to start over finding one, maybe some other time!

Purchased a dryer from Michael a few weeks back. Unfortunately ,the exhaust vent on my house was clogged up with lint and it caused the drier to overheat . Which made the heating element fail. So totally my fault. Micheal still honored his warranty and fixed the dry for me the same day. Would definitely recommend using him for your appliance needs .

So what can I say except two thumbs up! I have bought multiple appliances from Mike over the years and he has always gone above and beyond for me. One washer he sold me started leaking after a few months I called him about it and he was at my house the next day with a replacement for free!! I own rental properties and everything I use comes from Mike. His appliances are quality and they just work. He his knowledgeable about his business and will not waste your time. He is my one and only appliance guy. Period. I don’t often leave reviews but it’s rare to find a business who cares about customer service like NEW 2 U APPLIANCES!

I bought a whirlpool cabrio from Michael I had a problem with the machine shutting off when going through spin cycle. I had to restart it each time he came once told me my landlord had to replace the cold faucet it was the problem getting adequate water. That was the fixed it still does same thing.. I have sent numerous texts and called no answer. He gave me a 60 day warranty in two weeks it runs out. After having a bad time with a washer from another vendor he promised he would do me right now I am back with the same problem and no way to get RBI’s guy to call me back and box is full. Oh
