First I will say, I really have appreciated Taye and Sophia in the leasing office. They have been amazing. However…The apartments are extremely noisy, kids screaming everywhere, the structure of the apartments are so cheap you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. People here are so extremely inconsiderate. My apartment has been needing maintenance 24/7. The police are constantly here and I feel unsafe. They tow like insanely crazy around here, I was towed even though I lived here and I had to have a rental car for a bit. The leasing office wasn’t willing to help me at all. They are extremely overpriced for what they are worth, so I would honestly consider what you are getting for your money here.

I've lived here for a little over 2 years now. I've never had any major issues with the property or the staff members. Maintenance always on time fixing any issues that I have. Trash man sometimes don't show up, which makes me a little angry but overall its been nice living here. They always have activities going on , food, pool parties etc. I just went to the office yesterday to get a replacement gate card and Margo and Tae were extremely helpful and friendly and I appreciate great customer service.

I love these apartments is an understatement! If I could give more stars I would! I work at Medical City and they are in the perfect location to easily get to work along with all the finer things in the Dallas area. They are spacious luxury apartments with all the amenities your heart could desire and the front office staff have been super professional and kind. Would highly recommend if your looking for a clean, luxury, no none sense apartment experience!!

Sophia was wonderful in helping me find an apartment. She stayed online late into the night to ensure that the unit was still available for me to apply for. I am happy with the apartment complex and the staff’s warm welcome and helpful attitude. I gave this a 4 star because when I moved in, the apartment was pretty dusty and dirty. I think if the complex had done a cleaning of the apartment unit before a new resident moved in, it would have made the transition into my new home happier.
