POOR MANAGEMENT . Cars are broken into often. Property Manager;Devon hasn’t done anything to prevent theft on property. Gates are open all night giving thieves access . The gate and window to the mailroom is damaged and hasn’t been repaired in months, this is due to people breaking into the mailroom to steal mail. The camera in the mailroom is for decoration only it doesn’t work. No one is safe here, everyone is being watched . A car was recently stolen off property. I also had an issue with Air pollution that I had to report to the City Of Dallas (Code Compliance) the air coming from my vents was making me very sick . I informed the property manager Devon immediately that I had to go see a doctor ,he acknowledged but failed to notify the appropriate source to fix the issue. 12 days later still no update . I had to notify the regional manager at the corporate office to have a contractor come out and clean the Air Duct . After that; the job was completed the next day .Poor management

I moved here back in October 2020, it was an easy process, thanks to the Asst. Manager Jaqualine. I liked this property because I visited it frequently on the regular. It was quiet and I never had issues with any of my neighbors. When I first moved into my apt, which I believed I had an upgraded one, and it was NOT cleaned properly, spoke with Jaqualine, and she took care of my issues and concerns on top of accommodating me. Thank you!!! So into spring when it was time to turn on my air, I realize my apt was not cooling efficiently, I put in a work order, for temporary results, because a week later I had to put another work order in, and another one, and another one. When I confronted maintenance about my ongoing air conditioning PROBLEM, I was handled poorly and unprofessional, which I then went to office and talked with THE HEAD MANAGER, where he stated that he has sent 4 of his maintenance crew to address my issue and they said it was fixed, and how dare I tell him that his crew doesn’t know what they are doing, when it comes to their job (the audacity). Well here comes Asst Manager Jaqualine to the rescue, she had contacted head of maintenance in corporate. They had to come down to my house personally, where they noticed immediately that my air was not functioning properly, addressed the issue and FIXED IT, smh. At that moment, I decided I had to move, I paid my hard earned money on time, and worked outside to come home to air conditioning problems, and staff and Head manager took personal when work ethic was questioned. I could go on about my plumbing issue, but that a whole new paragraph. But I definitely have to say, Jaqualine always came through, was very professional, empathetic, and very understanding and proficient. She needs to be promoting, and this company needs more people in upper manager LIKE HER. She definitely kept me from breaking my lease numerous of times. Also, I loved the leasing agents, Taylor especially, so warm and bubbly.

This place is a JOKE. I wish I could leave zero stars. I could not get out of my 6 month lease fast enough. This place is disgusting and roach infested. The staff is not very helpful at all. I was told I would get tiff treats delivered to my door for being instantly approved, didn’t happen. There’s signs everywhere that claim a “$0 pet deposit” well there’s a $250 pet FEE per pet, so don’t let them fool you. My AC went out SEVERAL times over the 6 months I lived here. The people are loud and the area is not great. Wasn’t worth my time or money. On top of all of this they are charging me $800 just to move out. beware of the games these people play. And the gates do not work!!!!!!this place is not safe! Have heard of several different people getting their cars/mailboxes broken into. And if you think you have an assigned covered parking, think again. I told the staff numerous times i couldn’t even park in my covered parking spot because the cars beside me parked too close to my spot i couldn’t even get out of my car. I told them i would like to park in a space i pay for and their response was “it’s included in rent, you do not pay for it” well if i pay the rent i think i’m paying for the parking spot too don’t you think ?? and laundry room stays locked so good luck washing your clothes.

Overall my experience had been good. My only issue is that my assign parking spot is constantly flood with water either from rain or sprinkler system. So every time I get out my car or go to the trunk car. Other spaces that are not assigned …
